Rose Kallor, LLP is pleased to announce that five of its attorneys have been recognized on the 2023 Connecticut Super Lawyers® list.
Partner Robin B. Kallor was recognized on the 2023 Top 50: Connecticut Super Lawyers list. She was also recognized on the 2023 Connecticut Super Lawyers: Top 25 Women list, for the fifth year in a row. Ms. Kallor has been selected to the Connecticut Super Lawyers® list in the Employment and Labor category since 2015, and to the Super Lawyers®: Top 25 Women list since 2019. Ms. Kallor regularly advises and represents employers on a broad range of labor and employment matters involving discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour issues, breach of contract, hiring processes, employee discipline, workplace policies, and any other matter that pertains to the employer-employee relationship in both the unionized and non-union settings. Additionally, a significant portion of Ms. Kallor's practice is devoted to her role as a neutral, through her role as an independent workplace investigator and as a mediator. Ms. Kallor provides workplace training to clients and through continuing legal education programs and is a frequent speaker on emerging labor and employment law issues. She also mediates discrimination cases for the Office of Public Hearing at the Connecticut Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities and serves on the Town of West Hartford Civilian Police Review Board.

As Managing Partner of Rose Kallor, LLP, Mr. Rose is widely recognized as one of Connecticut's leading employment litigators in his representation of governments, government officials, and private businesses both large and small. He has tried over forty cases to verdict in the areas of employment law and civil rights.
PartnerCindy M. Cieslak was selected to 2023 Connecticut's Super Lawyers: Rising Stars® list in the Employment Litigation: Defense category. She has received this recognition for nine consecutive years, since 2015. Ms. Cieslak's practice focuses on all aspects of labor and employment litigation in state and federal courts, as well as administrative agencies, including the defense of public sector and private employers against claims of discrimination, wage and hour violations, breach of contract, free speech retaliation, whistleblower retaliation, and other civil rights violations. Ms. Cieslak also conducts independent workplace investigations and provides advice to employers regarding compliance with labor and employment laws, including contractor compliance and affirmative action plans.
AssociateAndrew B. F. Carnabuci was selected to the 2023 Connecticut Super Lawyers: Rising Stars® list in the Employment Litigation: Defense category. This is his third consecutive year being recognized on the Connecticut Super Lawyers: Rising Stars® list. Mr. Carnabuci's practice focuses on all aspects of employment law, particularly employment litigation. Mr. Carnabuci represents both public and private employers in state and federal court as well as before administrative agencies, defending lawsuits claiming discrimination, retaliation, sexual harassment, wrongful termination, failure to accommodate, breach of contract, and FMLA violations. Outside of court, he is also a trusted counselor to employers, for whom he has revised employee handbooks, drafted and negotiated severance releases and employment contracts, and more recently, drafted and advised on Covid-19-related workplace policies.
AssociateMegan L. Nielsen was selected to Connecticut's Rising Star List in the Employment Litigation: Defense category. This is her second consecutive year being so recognized. Ms. Nielsen's practice focuses on all aspects of employment litigation in state and federal courts as well as administrative agencies, including the defense of public sector and private employers against claims of discrimination, free speech retaliation, whistleblower retaliation, and other civil rights violations.
