Rose Kallor, LLP is pleased to announce that firm partner Robin B. Kallor was recognized in the 2021 Connecticut Super Lawyers: Top 25 Women list for the third year in a row. Ms. Kallor has been selected to the Connecticut Super Lawyers list in the Employment and Labor category since 2015, and to the Top 25 Women list since 2019. Ms. Kallor regularly advises and represents employers on a broad range of labor and employment matters involving discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour issues, breach of contract, hiring processes, employee discipline, workplace policies, and any other matter that pertains to the employer-employee relationship in both the unionized and non-union settings. Additionally, a significant portion of Ms. Kallor's practice is devoted to her role as a neutral, through her role as an independent workplace investigator and as a mediator. Mr. Rose was selected to the Connecticut Super Lawyers list in the Employment Litigation: Defense category for the sixth year in a row. As Managing Partner of Rose Kallor, LLP, Mr. Rose is widely recognized as one of Connecticut's leading employment litigators in his representation of governments, government officials, and private businesses both large and small. He has tried over twenty cases to verdict in the areas of employment law and civil rights.
Ms. Cieslak was selected to Connecticut's Rising Star list in the Employment Litigation: Defense category. She has received this recognition for six consecutive years since 2015. Ms. Cieslak's practice focuses on all aspects of labor and employment litigation in state and federal courts, as well as administrative agencies, including the defense of public sector and private employers against claims of discrimination, wage and hour violations, breach of contract, free speech retaliation, whistleblower retaliation, and other civil rights violations.
Mr. Carnabuci was selected to Connecticut's Rising Star List in the Employment Litigation: Defense category. This is the first time he has received this distinction, and he was so recognized after less than three years in practice. Mr. Carnabuci's practice focuses on all aspects of employment litigation in state and federal court as well as administrative agencies.
