Ms. Cieslak represents public sector, nonprofit, and private employers in complex labor and employment law matters before state and federal courts, as well as administrative agencies, in Connecticut, New York and Massachusetts.

Ms. Cieslak is also an Association of Workplace Investigators Certificate Holder (AWI-CH). She regularly conducts independent workplace investigations and Title IX investigations.
