Cindy Cieslak Receives American Bar Association’s Annual On The Rise—Top 40 Young Lawyers Award

Rose Kallor, LLP is pleased to announce that Firm Partner Cindy Cieslak has been named as a 2024 On the Rise – Top 40 Young Lawyers honoree by the American Bar Association Young Lawyers Division. Ms. Cieslak's practice focuses on all aspects of labor & employment and civil rights litigation. Ms. Cieslak also provides advice to employers regarding compliance with labor & employment laws, and she regularly conducts independent workplace and Title IX investigations.  Ms. Cieslak serves as the young lawyer delegate for the State of Connecticut to the American Bar Association House of Delegates. She also serves the Connecticut Bar Association in various leadership positions.  Ms. Cieslak holds a Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude, in Political Science from the Pennsylvania State University, with minors in Spanish and Women's Studies. Ms. Cieslak received her Juris Doctor from the University of Connecticut School of Law.

The annual On the Rise – Top 40 Young Lawyers provides national recognition for 40 ABA young lawyer members who exemplify a broad range of high achievement and legal and community service.

The honorees were chosen for their work pertaining to service to the community, service to the legal profession, leadership, vision, innovation and professional achievement. The awards and subgrant committee under the chief judge and marketing director selected the winners based on their ability to excel in all categories.

The Young Lawyers Division of the American Bar Association is committed to assuring it is best able to represent the newest members of the profession, ensuring that it reflects the society it serves and providing young lawyers and young lawyer organizations with the tools and opportunities for professional and personal success.
