Kimberly Winter is an associate attorney at Rose Kallor. Her practice is focused on all aspects of employment law.
Ms. Winter holds a Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, in Political Science and Women's and Gender Studies from Bucknell University. She received a Juris Doctor from the University of Connecticut School of Law, graduating with honors in 2021 and earning an energy and environmental law certificate. While in law school, Ms. Winter interned with the Environmental Department of the Connecticut Attorney General's Office and the Connecticut Solicitor General. She also externed with the United States Postal Service Northeast Legal Department. She received CALI Excellence for the Future awards in Torts, Law and Institutions of the European Union, and Labor Law and Collective Bargaining. Upon graduation she was awarded the 2021 Thomas J. Staley award for her study in labor law, as well as 2021 Connecticut Conference of Municipalities award for a paper discussing racial demographics and zoning practices in central Connecticut. This was later published in the ABA Journal of Affordable Housing & Community Development Law.
Prior to joining Rose Kallor, Ms. Winter served as a legal research law clerk for Connecticut Superior Court judges.
