ROSE KALLOR, LLP is a boutique law firm, formed in March of 2007. ROSE KALLOR was formed by Michael J. Rose, who focuses his practice on litigation involving public sector employers, and Robin B. Kallor, who concentrates on labor relations, negotiations, counseling and training. Together, these two practitioners lead a team that has the background and resources to meet all of the labor and employment needs of its client base.
The firm concentrates its practice in the representation of employers, individuals and governments in the areas of labor and employment law and general municipal defense. The firm is considered a leading public sector employment firm within the state and is strongly committed to public sector enterprises. Attorneys within the firm have litigated many of the key cases on the Americans with Disabilities Act, the First Amendment, Title VII and the Connecticut Fair Employment Practices Act.
The firm is presently comprised of seven members, two founding partners, Michael J. Rose and Robin B. Kallor; two Associates, Johanna G. Zelman and Adrienne R. DeLucca; Melinda A.
