Labor Relations

The attorneys at Rose Kallor have a wealth of experience handling labor matters, including representing management during labor arbitrations, interest arbitrations, collective bargaining negotiations and proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board, the Connecticut State Board of Mediation and Arbitration and the Connecticut State Board of Labor Relations. 

Led by Attorneys Kallor and Delucca, Rose Kallor’s labor relations team provides quality, cost effective, and pragmatic legal advice to government leaders and executives.

Currently, the firm provides Labor Relations counseling to the Town of Fairfield, the Town of New Canaan, the Town of Rocky Hill, the City of Middletown, and the Town of North Branford.  Rose Kallor also advises private sector clients on, among other areas, techniques to avoid unionization.
