KERRIE M. BAYLY graduated from Post College with a degree in Paralegal Studies, where she attended her last semester on a full academic scholarship.  Ms. Bayly also received her Certificate of Paralegal Studies from Boston University where she graduated with a 4.0 G.P.A. She is a member of the Central Connecticut Paralegal Association and the National Federation of Paralegal Associations.

Ms. Bayly has over twenty years of experience in the legal field.  Prior to joining Rose Kallor, LLP, she was employed as a litigation assistant for a senior attorney of the Labor and Employment Law Department of a mid-sized law firm in Hartford.  Ms. Bayly was also previously employed as a legal assistant for a general practice law firm specializing in personal injury litigation.  In addition to labor and employment law and personal injury litigation, Ms. Bayly also has experience in the areas of family law, criminal law, workers’ compensation, estates and trusts, and probate.

As senior paralegal at Rose Kallor, LLP, Ms. Bayly provides paralegal support to Managing Partner, Michael J. Rose, and Associate Attorney, Rachel L. Ginsburg, in the areas of labor and employment law, as well as general civil rights, municipal defense and civil litigation.
